My "building" book is called "Norah's Ark", a story about a woman who owns a pet shop and a neurotic dog, and her quest to find Mr. Right. This is a sweet story with a little bit of a mystery, and a great work of Christian Fiction -- not too over the top, and refreshingly clean reading! I highly recommend it!

My book - the first in this challenge is Castle Dor by Daphne du Maurier - not about a castle, but a love story about a pair of doomed lovers.

My first book is the challenge is The Butcher's Theater by Jonathan Kellerman. It's a multiple murder mystery set in Israel with a lot of facts, etc. about the country and the different peoples and their continuing problems.

The story is one of a family and trials they go through when a tornado hits their home and kills their mother. I highly recommend this book!

It's May, and now I've read 4 books in 3 categories, all keeping to my goal of using only Australian literature:
Profession - The Lieutenant by Kate Grenville and The Zookeepers's War by Steven Conte
Time - The Evening of the Holiday
and
Building
The Little Hotel by Christina Stead. I am delighted to have discovered this one because of this challenge!
